  • Travel to Client Location:

    Our mobile notary will arrive at the specified location on the agreed-upon date and time.

  • Client Identification:

    Clients must present valid identification along with the documents that require notarization. The mobile notary will verify the identity of the signers and any necessary witnesses.

  • Notarization:

    The mobile notary witnesses the signatures, performs the required notarial acts and affixes the notarial seal(s) to the documents.

  • Payment:

    Clients settle the payment for the services provided, which includes both administrative and travel fees.

How Far Does the Mobile Notary Travel?
Our notaries are licensed to operate in Pennsylvania, enabling us to travel throughout these states. We apply a time-based travel fee from our headquarters to the client’s chosen meeting spot.

What Is the Cost of Mobile Notary Services?

Our mobile notary services start at $100, covering a round-trip travel fee and an appointment fee based on the time required for notarization. Clients who book through our online tool enjoy unlimited notarial seals for their scheduled appointments.

Additional services such as document printing, courier services, or notary-provided witnesses may incur extra costs.
